General Questions
1. How do I know you received my
order?
Answer - Print out the order form page and send it via the US
postal service. We will contact you as soon as we receive it.
2. Are there shipping charges added to my order?
Answer - Yes. However, for your convenience, the shipping
charges are already included in the price of the quilts and crafts
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer - We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover Card Through our payment processor PayPal. Or if
you prefer we also accept cashier's checks or money orders made
payable to Sue Kobiske.
4. Where do I send the payment?

5. How do I know you received my check for the quilt?
Answer - Once we have received your order and/or payment we
will contact you confirming it's arrival. Please be sure to include
your name, phone number and email address along with the check so that
we may get in touch with you.
6. Are all quilts handmade?
Answer - Yes, all quilts are machine sewn by me Sue Kobiske.
7. How do I care for my quilt?
Answer - Washing and complete care instructions are included
with your quilt.
8. I would like my quilt to coordinate with the colors in the room
I will be using it in. Is that possible?
Answer - Yes. On the order form there is a place for you to add
specific requests if you don't see the colors that you need on our
product page. However, please be aware that this will take time, so if
you need the quilt immediately, you may want to consider purchasing
one from our stock.
9. What materials are the quilts made of?
Answer - Our quilts are made of 50/50 cotton and polyester for
the top and bottom with 100% polyester fiber fill batting.
